这是一个接触即兴的"舞会" 。

在有限的空间和时间中，一群想跳舞的人们相遇，在这个时间段大家带上当天的身心状态一起用身体对话，共同创造出当天的一段舞曲。

没有对或错、美与丑，有的是对人和环境的照顾以及支持，并保护好自己的安全，用自己的身体能力和他人共舞交流。

This is a Contact Improvisation dance party.

In a limited space and time, people who want to dance encountered. In this time , people bring the physical and mental state of the day and use their bodies to create their dance of the day.

There is no right or wrong, beauty or ugliness, but care and support for people and the environment. Please protect your own safety, and use your own physical ability to dance and communicate with others.

*给初次参加舞酱者的指引

1. 安全第一

a) 强烈建议带上护膝；

b) 请穿适当舒适服饰，避免有扣子或拉链的衣物；

c) 舞蹈当中注意保护自己和舞伴的安全，在危险出现之前叫停。

2. 动作没有美丑之分；

3. 舞蹈中可以随时选择邀请、打断、离开或休息；

4. 如果舞伴的触碰让你觉得不舒服，请立即停止，可以直接与对方沟通，必要时请知会组织者；

5. 舞酱中可能会流汗，请斟酌自备毛巾或更換衣物；

6. 为保护我们的环境，请自带水杯。

* Jam guideline for the new comer

1. First and for most, be safe.

a) It is strongly recommended to bring knee pads.

b) Please wear appropriate comfortable clothing, avoid clothing with buttons or zippers.

c) Please protect yourself and the safety of your partner during the Jam, stop before it’s dangerous.

2. There is no beauty and ugliness in CI.

3. During the dance, you can choose to invite, interrupt, leave or rest at anytime.

4. Please stop the dance immediately when your partner’s touch makes you uncomfortable, you may communicate with him/her directly. And you may inform the organizer if necessary.

5. Please wear appropriate comfortable clothing, avoid clothing with buttons or zippers.

6. Please bring water bottle to protect our environment.
