现代舞 和 芭蕾舞 的身体训练课程持续进行，
混酱 有小talk, 戏剧、音乐、Animal flow, 期待ing！
接触即兴 小课做了些调整，
加上了 即兴与创作 系列工作坊，

This is a Contact Improvisation dance party. In a limited space and time, people who w a nt to dance encountere d . In this time , people bring the physical and mental state of the day and use their bodies to create their dance of the day. There is no right or wrong, beauty or ugliness, but care and support for people and the environment. Ple a se protect your own safety, and use your own physical ability to dance and communicate with others.

每堂小课会有个 主题 ，让大家循序渐进的了解 接触即兴 ，更可以在当天紧接于后的舞酱时间练习与实践当天的主题。建议第一次参与接触即兴活动的朋友先参加小课，给身体一些准备与他人共舞的暖身时间。课程包含 暖身 活动、接触即兴的 练习 以及基本的接触即兴 托举技巧 。
There will be a theme for each class, so that participants can gradually understand contact improvisation, and practice the theme of the day immediately at Jam time. It is suggested that the first-timer should take class first before Jam, and give the body sometime to prepare before dancing with others. The courses will include warm-up activities, contact improvisation exercises and basic contact improvisation skills.

上海接触即兴社群开始已将近四年，一些练习接触即兴较久的朋友们开始有了 创作 与 表演 的欲望。在接触即兴的练习当中，通常比较着重的在个人身体的放松与觉察、和舞伴的身体沟通与交流，常常在顾及一起跳舞的伙伴的同时，就比较难去顾虑到周遭的变化。因此决定尝试即兴与创作课程，从 拉班身体动作元素 出发，探索身体、创作与表演，每堂课都将有个小小的作业，五堂课结束学员将会有一段属于自己的 结构即兴 作品，希望对表演与创作有兴趣的朋友们，能从课程当中得到启发。参加全期课程的学员作品（202x）将会在1月的社群聚会中表演呈现, 让大家结合当下与对未来的期许尝试在身体上表达出来。
另外，这个课程 也适合喜欢即兴舞蹈却 不喜欢和身体做接触 的朋友们，欢迎一起来进入 身体探索 的领域，你会发现自己其实充满了 创意 ！
It has been nearly four years since Shanghai began the Contact Improvisation community. Some friends who have been practicing C I for a long time have begun to have the desire to create and perform. In the practice of Contact Improvisation, we usually focus on the relaxation and awareness of the individual body, and the physical communication with the dance partner. It is sometimes difficult to consider the changes around us when we dance with a partner. Therefore, I decided to try the improvisation and creation series workshop, starting from the elements of Laban Movement Analysis , to explore the body, creation and performance, hoping that friends who are interested in performance and creation can get inspiration from this workshop. Each class will have a small assignment. At the end of the five classes, students will have a piece of their own scored improvisation for the presentation. I hope that friends who are interested in performance and creation can get inspiration from the workshop. The student's final presentation (subject: 202x) of the whole course will be presented in the community gathering in January, so that everyone can try to express it physically in combination with the present expectation for the future.
This workshop is also suitable for those who like improvisation dance but don't like to make contact with the body. Welcome to the field of body exploration. You will surprise that you are full of creativities.

12月27号，我们将在猫悦上城举办2020年的最后一期混酱。这次我们从社区公开招募收集到的项目相当丰富，比如 舞蹈 影像记录 ， 戏剧 工作坊和 东京CI 场景的分享等等。最后加长版的舞酱也招募到 钢琴 和 手碟 的 即兴演奏 乐手 。现场还会有 旧物交换 和 食物分享 。非常期待和大家跳2020的最后一支舞哦！
On 27th Dec， we will hold our last mix jam in 2020. Through our open call earlier last week, we’ve received a lot of amazing applications from the community, including dance video documentation 101, improvised theater, and talk of Japan CI festival. In that day, we will end with an extended jam with live music of piano and hang drum, again thanks to our community members. Besides, second hand exchange and food sharing sessions will be taking place on the side. Feel free to bring your used clothes and home-made food! Looking forward to have the last dance with you in 2020.
