这是一个接触即兴的"舞会" 。在有限的空间和时间中，一群想跳舞的人们相遇，在这个时间段大家带上当天的身心状态一起用身体对话，共同创造出当天的一段舞曲。没有对或错、美与丑，有的是对人和环境的照顾以及支持，并保护好自己的安全，用自己的身体能力和他人共舞交流。
This is a Contact Improvisation dance party. In a limited space and time, people who w a nt to dance encountere d . In this time , people bring the physical and mental state of the day and use their bodies to create their dance of the day. There is no right or wrong, beauty or ugliness, but care and support for people and the environment. Ple a se protect your own safety, and use your own physical ability to dance and communicate with others.

每堂小课会有个主题，让大家循序渐进的了解接触即兴，更可以在当天紧接于后的舞酱时间练习与实践当天的主题。建议第一次参与接触即兴活动的朋友先参加小课，给身体一些准备与他人共舞的暖身时间。课程包含暖身活动、接触即兴的练习以及基本的接触即兴托举技巧。
There will be a theme for each class, so that participants can gradually understand contact improvisation, and practice the theme of the day immediately at Jam time. It is suggested that the first-timer should take class first before Jam, and give the body sometime to prepare before dancing with others. The courses will include warm-up activities, contact improvisation exercises and basic contact improvisation skills.

混酱是由上海接触即兴社区发起的一日身体探索活动。“混”在于开拓身体训练的多元性，而“酱”来源于舞酱（jam），享受不同身体形式碰撞的风味。我们围绕接触即兴和其他训练或学科的关联性， 以 主题的形式组织活动 ， 期待碰撞出更多的讨论和思考。
本月混酱，我们把接触即兴放回上世纪六七十年代后现代舞的浪潮中。从讨论和体验去重温美国后现代舞和日本的舞踏，回顾其实验前卫的精神，并思考与当下可能产生的连接和碰撞。
这次我们有幸邀请到司徒嘉怡（伯克利加州大学的人类表演学博士）和朝雷（杭州接触即兴社区成员和“皮相之我”舞踏团体主理人）来带领讲座和工作坊。美国后现代舞部分，司徒嘉怡将在讲座的上介绍‘后现代’编舞者在开发实验的方法，之后在工作坊里去体验、讨论，甚至重新创造方法。日本舞踏部分，朝雷将在工作坊中去探讨身体的空性。这其中既包含前现代性对东方美学的传承，也兼容了后现代性的前卫精神。最后我们也将鼓励学员做舞踏的小呈现。
"Mix Jam" is a one-day body exploration activity initiated by Shanghai contact improvisation community. "Mix" is to develop the diversity of physical training, and "Jam" comes from Contact Improvisation Jam. The aim is to enjoy the impact of different body styles and to initiate further research on the body. We organize activities in the form of themes around the connection between improvisation and other training or disciplines, expecting more discussion and reflection.
In the up coming mix jam, we will pay tribute to the post-modern dance movement where contact improvisation was born. Through lectures and workshops, we aim to bring back the avant-garde spirit of American postmodern dance and Japanese Butoh, and discuss about the connection of the present.
We are very honored to invite Jess (PhD in Human Performance Studies from UC Berkeley) and Zhao Lei (member of Hangzhou CI and founder of Butoh group Authentic Body) as our guest facilitators. Jess will start with a lecture of American postmodern dance followed by an workshop to experience even reinvent some experimental techniques. Afterwards Zhaolei will give a Butoh workshop which focuses on the emptiness of body, which not only inherits the traditional oriental aesthetics from the pre-modern era, but also embraces the avant-garde spirit of postmodernism. Participants will have opportunities to make a small performance at the end of the workshop.
