在一个有限的空间和时间中，一群想跳舞的人们相遇，在这个时间段大家带上当天的身心状态一起用身体对话，共同创造出当天的一段舞曲。没有对或错、美与丑，有的是对人和环境的照顾以及支持，并保护好自己的安全，用自己的身体能力和他人共舞交流。
In a limited space and time, people who w a nt to dance encountere d . In this time , people bring the physical and mental state of the day and use their bodies to create their dance of the day. There is no right or wrong, beauty or ugliness, but care and support for people and the environment. Ple a se protect your own safety, and use your own physical ability to dance and communicate with others.

创造时间与空间来观察重力如何影响我们的器官、肌肉和骨骼。适合刚进接触即兴领域想更深入练习的朋友，也适合想要再重新温习与探索身体改变的接触即兴练习者。
Createtime and space to see how gravity affects our organs, muscles and bones. It issuitable for those who want to practice more deeply in the field of contactimprovisation, and also for those who want to review and explore physicalchanges.
