在这个工作坊里,我们将调整自己的感官。特别是我们如何调整我们自己去倾听重量、支撑力和重力。
我们将会花很多时间在地板上和与其他人一起去感受我们自己的身体组织和我们伙伴(们) 的组织。 去学习我们如何能够像一个有机体那样一起移动,而不需要预先考虑该做什么或怎么做,但动作却会从与我们紧密相关的力中自然的流淌出来。
这项工作既简单又复杂。只要我们能调节我们(几乎)每天的感觉,我们所有都知道的事情都可以做到。 单独工作,一起工作,是有区别的,但如果我们能够被自己对物理力量的感知所引导,其实也并没有区别。
舞者通常被教授并练习高水平的身体衔接。关节的衔接,特别是当与伙伴(或伙伴)一起工作时,关节的衔接需要服务于身体力量的连接。一个小个头的人是有可能支撑起一个比他大得多的人的,只要双方都能连接和引导物理力并且可以通过他们的身体结构清晰的支持彼此。这就是我们要练习的。如果你愿意的话,大多数的练习都是无固定动作、即兴发挥。但是这项技术也可以用来设置托举、跳跃和支撑的动作。

In this workshop we will tune in to our senses.
Specially how do we tune our selves to listen to forces of weight and support, gravity.
We will work a lot on the floor and with each others aiming to sense our own physical organisation and organisation of our partner(s).
How we can move together as one organism, without needing to premeditate what or how to do, but the movement springing out from the forces we are bind to.
The work is simple and complex at the same time. Things we all know and can do, if we just tune in to our (almost) everyday sensations. Working alone, working together, there’s difference, and yet, there is no difference, if we are guided by our sensing of the physical forces.
Dancers are often taught and practise high level of physical articulation. Articulation of joints, but specially when working with partner (or partners) the articulation of joints needs to serve the articulation of physical forces. It is possible for small person support someone who is much bigger, if both of them are able to articulate and guide the forces of weight and support clearly through their structure. This i what we practice. Most of the practice is non set movement, improvisation, if you will. But the technique can be used also for set movements of lifts, jumps and supports.

OTTO AKKANEN

舞蹈家,身体工作者和舞蹈老师。他在20多岁时接触了接触即兴和当代舞后,非常着迷,以至于开始了舞蹈学习。毕业于芬兰奥托昆普职业学校 (the vocational school of Outokumpu)。他不仅是一个独舞表演的艺术家,也与不同的即兴组合、编舞和视频制作人比如TTTK、Ronja Verkasalo、Hanna Lappalainen、Mathilde Monfreux和Lena Muchnaya等合作。他一直在东欧和中欧、南美和亚洲授课。自2008年以来他一直都是“在皮肤上滑雪(Skiing on Skin)”的组织和教学小组成员,“在皮肤上滑雪( Skiing on Skin)”是一个大型和多样化的即兴表演节。 在教学中,他强调触觉感知是一个参照点和学习点。他的兴趣围绕权力和等级、政治、结构、语言以及存在、思想和类别之间的关系展开。他是马科德学院“Piecemaker Software“的助教,2001年获得社会工作学士学位, 2015年获得当代舞蹈教育硕士学位。
Artist
OTTO AKKANEN
He is a dance artist, bodywork practitioner, and dance teacher.
He was introduced to contact improvisation and contemporary dance in his twenties, becoming so involved that he went to study dance for three years, graduating from the vocational school of Outokumpu, Finland. He works as an artist performing solo works, and with different improvisation groups, choreographers, and video makers such as TTTK, Ronja Verkasalo, Hanna Lappalainen, Mathilde Monfreux, and Lena Muchnaya.
As a teacher he has been working in Eastern and Central Europe, South America and Asia, and has been on the organizational and teaching team for Skiing on Skin - a large and diverse improvisation festival in southern Finland since 2008. In his teaching he emphasizes tactile sensory perception as a point of reference and learning. His interests revolve around power and hierarchies, politics, structures, language and the relationships between beings, ideas, and categories. He works as a teaching assistant for the ‘Piecemaker Software’ for current students of MA CoDE, holds a BA in Social Work (2001) and an MA in Contemporary Dance Education (2015).

Please wear appropriate comfortable clothing, cotton elastic clothes, easy to move. Avoid clothing with buttons or zippers.There will be a lot of sweat in the course. Please consider to bring your own towels or extra clothes. Do not wear any accessories, glasses, or other sharp objects. Please bring sports knee pads.
